• We have no desire of being confused with and/or attributed with his convictions, arrests, license revocation, consumer complaints, or reputation, both on the web and amongst this industry.
• The Bail Enforcement Academy® has a strict policy prohibiting employment to those with criminal convictions or not meeting our strict ethical standards.
• When we go to jail, it's to book a defendant and get paid for it; no convicted felons here, as required, our Instructors have all passed State background examination, are currently licensed, and allowed to possess a firearm.
• We are not professional talk show guests, and we are not here to entertain or expose our future professionals to reality show TV cameras. Although media experienced in serious news & documentary, we are not "TV Bounty Hunters", we have no entertainment manager, and have never appeared on Opera Winfrey.
